Welcome to the Kentucky Chapter of CAI. CAI, the Community Associations Institute, is the oldest national organization (recently CAI has become international) dedicated to the responsible and professional management of community associations.

As a member of the local chapter you will be able to participate at reduced costs for many of the chapter and national educational and informational events. You will also have access to resources and publications of the Community Associations Institute.

CAI-KY is in the process of expanding their membership throughout Kentucky to bring to Kentucky homeowners more professionalism in the management of Condominiums, Townhome, and Homeowner Associations.

The CAI-KY Chapter luncheons bring together professionals from many fields who work with and are affiliated with Association clients to present timely topics of interest to the membership. These luncheons are great networking events and are a value source of professional vendors and service providers.

The CAI-KY LAC, or Legislative Action Committee, works diligently to achieve responsible legislation regarding community associations. Currently, the Kentucky legislature is attempting to create The Kentucky Uniform Condominium Act. The CAI-KY LAC is actively working with legislators as well as other interested groups regarding this piece of legislation.
